Windows 7 เป็น OS ตัวล้าสุดที่ Microsoft พัฒนาต่อจาก Vista ซึ่งทำงานได้เร็วกว่า และได้เปิดให้ Download มาทดลองใช้ Free แต่ขอบอกไว้ก่อน ว่าเป็น Version ทดลองใช้ยังไม่เสร็จสมบูรณ์เพื่อที่จะทดสอบหา Bug ส่วนใครที่ยากจะใช้ Version สมบรูณ์ก็ต้องรอไปอีก 1-2 ปีโน้น ถ้าใครรอไม่ไหวจะใช้ Version Beta ก็ไม่ว่า แต่แนะนำให้ ยังคง Windows ตัวปัจจุบันที่คุณใช้อยู่ไว้ แล้วให้ลง Windows 7 เป็น OS ตัวที่ 2 เราจะได้สามารถเลือกใช้ได้ ในกรณีที่ Windows 7 มีปัญหา
ส่วนตัวผม ได้เห็นการเปิดตัวของ Windows 7 แล้วน่าใช้มาก สมกับเป็น OS แห่งอนาคต รองรับระบบ Touch Screen ได้อย่างสมบรูณ์แบบ
ถ้าจะใช้งานกับระบบ 64 bit ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดละก็ นอกจาก CPU ที่ประมวลผลแบบ 64 bit แล้วต้องใช้กับ Windows 64 bit XP หรือ Vista ก็ได้ และโปรแกรมใช้งานที่รองรับการทำงานแบบ 64 bit ด้วย รวมถึง Driver ต่างๆ ด้วยนะครับ แต่ถ้าโปรแกรมที่เราใช้งานรองรับได้แค่ 32 bit ก็สามารถนำมาใช้กับ Windows 64 bit ได้เหมือนกันแต่ความเร็วก็จะได้แค่ 32 bit
ใครที่อยากใช้งาน WindowsVista 32 bit จะต้องมี Memory อย่างน้อย 1 GB แต่ถ้าใช้ Vista 64 bit พี่ Microsoft เค้าบอกว่า Memory ที่ต้องการอย่างน้อยแค่ 512 MB ครับ แต่ถ้าจะให้เร็วแบบสุดๆ ก็ควรใช้สัก 4 GB…… เอ๊ะ...! หมายความว่า ไงครับพี่ Microsoft
ก็หมายความว่าให้ใช้ Vista 64 bit ไงละ เนื่องจาก Memory ที่พี่เค้าแนะนำ มันมากกว่า 3 GB มันเกินกำลังของ 32 bit นะสิ
ขอทิ้งท้ายอีกนิด ระบบประมวลผลแบบ 64 bit สามารถทำงานได้กับ โปรแกรมทั้ง 64 bit และ 32 bit แต่ ระบบประมวลผลแบบ 32 bit ไม่สามารถทำงานได้กับโปรแกรมทั้ง 64 bit นะครับ

RAM Dual Channel จริงๆแล้วมันก็คือ RAM ธรรมดา ๆ ทั่วไปที่เราใช้กันอยู่นี่ แหละ แต่ที่ไม่ธรรมดาก็คือ เจ้า Main board ที่มันมีระบบจัดการ RAM ให้ทำงานได้พร้อมกัน 2 ตัว นั่นหมายความว่าแบนด์วิธก็จะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 2 เท่าด้วย ฟังดูเหมือน Hard disk ที่ต่อแบบ Raid เลยนะครับ
